How consent works
Optional analytics is denied by default. Google Tag Manager is not requested unless you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics leaves Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics unloaded. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied in every case.
You can reopen Cookie preferences from this page or the footer. Withdrawing consent sends a denied consent update, stops future website-triggered analytics events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website.
Necessary preference storage
The website stores ajco-consent-v2 in local storage. It records only the consent schema version, whether you permitted analytics, the decision time and its expiry time. It contains no form details or contact information.
The choice expires after 180 days. An expired, invalid or older version is discarded and the website asks again. Local storage is specific to this browser and can also be cleared through browser settings. This item is provided by Alexander Johnson & Co and is necessary to remember your choice; it is not a cookie.
Optional Google Analytics cookies
If you accept and the approved production Google Tag Manager container includes the intended Google Analytics 4 configuration, Google Analytics may set _ga and a container- specific cookie beginning _ga_. These first-party analytics cookies distinguish browser sessions and may remain for up to two years unless you withdraw consent or clear them sooner. Google is the service provider.
The website sends page paths, page titles and approved interaction event names only after consent. Application-triggered analytics does not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, organisations, messages, proposal titles, filenames, form references, Turnstile tokens or private-file identifiers.
Security and form services
Cloudflare Turnstile is a necessary anti-abuse service on the two forms and is separate from optional analytics. The website does not create an application cookie for Turnstile. Cloudflare receives the token and technical request information needed to verify a form submission. Proposal files are stored privately in Cloudflare R2; that server-side storage is not browser storage.
Read the privacy notice for information about forms, providers, proposal-file retention and email records.
